It doesn’t mean everything, it is using the definition of needing that means “isn’t”, not that means, “should”. So, with that… “something that needs to be of a higher vibration” is actually “something that is of a lower vibration,” the reason it is said in the reverse is to step away from using lower vibrational terms because every word you speak becomes a vibration in your being and in your life, in your reality… it’s energy will manifest somehow, after you speak it or think it. **This is why it is so important for everyone to reverse all words that need to be of a higher vibration into a positive, whether it’s in spoken word or thoughts in the head.** Needing To Serve The Light/Needed To Serve The Light = This is in reference to a being or entity… A being or entity that is “Needing To Serve The Light”, means that they are not serving the Light at this moment in time, so they are needing to, if you are already serving the Light, you don’t need to.. you already are, so it wouldn’t apply to those who are.
